Product exchange and Refund
If you shop with us in person you get to try on your clothes, and we help you with all the comfort, privacy, and an exclusive free fashion consultation in our local store.
We kindly ask our client lionesses
to avoid buying in the heat of emotion, and try to buy more consciously,
taking into account our work time and all the stress
caused by some unnecessary exchanges or returns.
But if you bought a product in our store and want to exchange it for some important reason, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will do our best to assist you.
Our exchange usually works through an email, via phone, in person or even via Instagram.
You get in touch with us, and talk about the Product you bought, the reason for your exchange or return, and your Tax Coupon number (that way we find all the information about your purchase and we also serve you faster and without bureaucracy).
We will observe the product, and as soon as everything is ok (no traces of improper use of it, or defect caused by the consumer), then we will exchange it.
To exchange you just need to say the reason, e.g. you will then receive another product of your choice.
In the case of Promotional Products, no exchange or refund will be allowed.
For return, we also need to know the reason.
We do not refund money, whether in cash or paid via credit card, debit card or Paypal.
Returns are made through a Store Coupon, which you purchased at the time of exchange or return, for the exact value of your product, and thus you can purchase another within 30 days, counting from the day we receive your product from return.
